1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the relationship between GALATECH TURBO Ltd., hereinafter referred to as the "Store," and the users of the online store https://galatechturbo.com/shop.

2. Registration and Orders To place an order, you must register and provide accurate and complete information. The acceptance of the order by us is confirmed by sending a confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payments All prices are in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) and include VAT. We accept payments via cash on delivery or bank transfer. The order is considered final upon payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Deliveries are made through all courier companies to the address specified by you. Delivery times depend on the courier companies and the products for delivery. Delivery costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns and Exchanges You have the right to return or exchange purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been used. To exercise this right, please contact us at +359 878 261 581.

6. Liability The Store is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of orders due to circumstances beyond our control. The Store is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
