For best results from tuning projects, it is recommended that customers follow the steps listed below:
- Тhe customer to specify the final finished look of the project between the assembly and tuning of the car.
- Тhe turbocharger to match the project (Do not have a much larger or smaller capacity. Example: it is not a good option for the turbo to have a capacity of about 500 horsepower, but to use it on a 200 horsepower car or vice versa).
- If there are requirements for the turbocharger when setting up the car, we will comply with them (blade sizes, design, specific setting, etc.).
It is important to know if the turbocharger needs to be remade from its original appearance before assembling the project. Once we have familiarized ourselves with all the important things, we can discuss the options we offer.

Useful information and common problems
Before being handed over for installation, each turbocharger is tested in conditions very close to the real ones of the car (pre-heated oil during test, high rotation revolutions during balance, measured values of variable geometry, electronic tests of actuators and
sensors), which reduces the possibility of defects appearing after the installation of the car.
Important factors that determine the duration of turbocharger operation:
- Quality, pressure, flow rate as well as contamination of the engine oil.
- Exhaust gas temperature
- Mechanical contamination that can damage the turbocharger’s blades.
- Blockages on the compressor or turbine side, as well as on the exhaust side.
- Improper installation and diagnostics.
- Leaks on the air pressure system, etc.
